- Hypermarket occupies the largest area of the ground floor

- An allotted number more than 500 parking lots are provided in the ground floor and basement
- Customer Service Information desk, prayer rooms, toilets and service areas
- The buggy service is a Golf Cart facility available to Etihad Mall visitors
